A cryptocurrency wallet can be compared to a PayPal account. Just like you can use your PayPal account to send and receive fiat money from different parts of the world, you can use your cryptocurrency wallet to send and receive cryptocurrencies from around the world. One of the best cryptocurrency wallets available in the industry is the Coinbase wallet. This is your guide to creating a Coinbase wallet for your cryptocurrency transactions.

Step One: Visit Coinbase.com
The first thing you need to do is go to Coinbase.com. You’ll see a display of the details required to create the cryptocurrency wallet. Enter your name, password, and, email address and click on sign up to initiate the process.

Step Two: Link Your Bank/PayPal Accounts
After the wallet is created, you need to link your bank account, and if you like, your PayPal account. Before you can do this, you’ll be required to verify your phone number and validate your identity. After verifying your phone number, you’ll have to add your payment method. You can link your bank account after verifying your phone number and choosing a payment method.

Step Three: Identity Validation
After you’ve set everything up, the next step is to validate your identity. There is a form on your profile that allows you to do this. Go to your account setting and click on the verification form link. After that, enter the information required. Your wallet will be active and ready for transfers after this step.

Step Four: Transfer Cryptocurrency
After you have activated your account, you can start to receive and send cryptocurrency seamlessly. For receiving, simply give your cryptocurrency wallet address to the sender and wait for the cryptos to be credited. To send, click on the send/request funds button and input the address you’ll like to make the transfer to.

There you go, that’s how you set up a Coinbase cryptocurrency wallet.
